The new trailer for EA and Starbreeze Studios’ rehash of Syndicate has arrived. I’ve never played the original but I’m told it was a good game. Apparently, this version differs quite a fair bit from the original. Syndicate will be releasing on February 23, 2012. Check out the trailer:

I dunno why but I am totally meh about this game, unless someone else can give me one good reason to be more excited for this than Gears of War 3, BF3, SWTOR or RE: Racoon City… I pass
Sweet! I just got done watching GTTV where they showed more footage from Syndicate and revealed it will support a 4 player co-op mode with separate missions, some of which will be based on levels from the classic. Awesooooome!

I am a fan of the original game and this has very little in common with that. However… Starbreeze studios have released two of my favourite shooters in the form of Riddick and The Darkness, and this trailer looks really, really, really good. Sign me up!
