I guess you can tell by the background site and accompanying site logo that I’m getting amped for Gears of War. If you’re unaware of my obsession with Gears, here’s a little background info for you.

Every gamer obsesses over a few games that they uphold over all others. For me, on the 360, it’s Gears of War with the Battlefield games running a close second. I dunno why I haven’t been a CoD player or a Halo player but that’s just how it is for me. That’s not to say that I don’t recognise Halo and Call of Duty as great multiplayer games, because I do, and quite a few of my friends play these games religiously. But on the 360, Gears is pretty much the one game I will play over everthing else.

So to celebrate the upcoming release of Gears of War 3, I’m going to start blogging bits and pieces. I’ll do the same with any upcoming titles I will be playing or keen to play

Here’s a little something for all those Gears fans out there. I’ve been researching the Gears of War Season Pass and checking out all the fantastic goodies you can score in-game with it. Talk about drool!
