Auckmageddon Update, Cyborg Cup Details and A5.5

A6 Sponsors

Here’s a lovely message from the boys from Auckmageddon updating PC gamers on their upcoming local Cyborg Cup online event for Team Fortress 2 and Auckmageddon (and minigeddon) status (which is the BIG LAN event in Feb, 2012 and A5.5 later in the year).

If you’re interested in any of these events, check out the Auckmageddon facebook group, or their website for details!

The Cyborg Cup is an online tournament starting on the 1st of December.  Winners will be crowned the best TF2 clan in New Zealand and win not only official sponsorship from Cyborg Gaming, being decked out with their kickass gaming gear, but also free entry to A6 to defend your title. Check the forums out for more details.

Stay tuned, of course, because there are a lot more to come, including a revitalised Games of Geek, some form of massive military game (Modern Battlefield 3?), and the “that dickhead wytaliba lives in Australia now so normal people actually have a chance” HoN tournament.

We’re still offering earlybird discounts to $85 until the end of October, so get your ticket ASAP if you want to avoid paying the hefty slackass fee that we’ll impose.

No, but seriously, pay the money.
